Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to help assist with the administration of our summer events and social media platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the RVC's administrator and Children's pastor to help oversee all of the registration and communication with our summer children's camp, design and update social media platforms, design slide presentations, help in the sound booth, help with some general cleaning and maintenance duties, participate in church services and help with reception duties as needed.
Location: River Valley Church, Mission BC
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: 8 Weeks
Start Date: June 29th (somewhat flexible)
Hourly Rate: $19.00

Youth and Child Worker
River Valley Mission

We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with children and youth in a safe and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our children's pastor and youth leaders to help plan an implement a children's camp, to help organize and lead weekly youth activities, to prepare and give Bible lessons to young people, to participate in mentoring youth, to perform some general maintenance duties and to participate in Sunday services and other church events as needed.
